God Jul

Ja, den här gången blev det ett God Jul i alla fall... Det blev alldeles för lång titel att ta kortets, haha :) Så vad har vi för härlig utmaning till er den här veckan på Papertake Weekly? Först vill jag bara passa på att önska er alla en Glad Midsommar! Oavsett väder (man har väl upplevt det mesta under åren) så hoppas jag att det blir en bra helg :)

Idag har Manuela valt utmaningen på Mami Doodles och det är Heavy metal som gäller. Fram med charms och allt annat metalligt du hittar! Nu blev det ju inte så mycket metall på mitt kort men jag tycker om det ändå. Jag började faktiskt färglägga håret på denna lilla Millie (finns i shoppen) men blev inte nöjd så jag började om på en ny, färgglad, bild. När hon var klar visste jag inte riktigt vad jag skulle göra mer så det slutade med att jag gjorde klart den första bilden och jag tycker att resultatet blev riktigt bra! Jag har bara använt mig av C1 - C9 Copics, och det var ju en utmaning bara i sig. Nu är det din tur att skapa, så hoppa över till Mami Doodles-bloggen och låt dig inspireras!

It's the last Friday in June and here in Sweden we're celebrating Midsummer. So now, summer is really here :) But you're probably wondering what the new Mami Doodle challenge is. Hipp hurra för min lillasyster som fyller år idag! Jag älskar min nya CC Design stämpel, lilla Nora, och den passade perfekt till mitt kort eftersom hon påminner mig om min syster när hon var mindre.

Today's my little sister's birthday, happy birthday sweetie!! I used this cute CC Design stamp because it reminds me of my sister when she was younger (and it's totally sweet just like her!).

Förra veckan blev jag väldigt glad när min fina layout hamnade på top 3 hos Raise the Bar. Ännu gladare blev jag när jag fick äran att gästa deras utmaning den här veckan! Temat är "we shell", tänk strand och allt som hör därtill :)

Last week I was very happy to discover my layout to be on top 3 over at Raise the Bar. And I was even happier when I got the honour to be GDT this week! The theme is we shell, so think beach and everything that comes to mind :)

Thursday Thoughts #5

Sista dagen att komma på något till Josefines fina ord: Love doesn't know what time is. Jag får skylla på att jag varit dålig den senaste tiden och inte haft inspiration. Men bättre sent än aldrig, eller vad säger du? Haha :)

Halloween girl

När jag såg denna digistämplen från TiddlyInks var jag bara tvungen att ha den! Den är ju så söt, och funkar bra till lite olika tillfällen. Denna gången blev det ett halloween-kort (man kan ju också ge bort det till någon som fyller år och ska få spindlar...).

It was love at first sight when I saw this super cute digi stamp from TiddlyInks! Even though I made a halloween card this time, you can use it for other occasions.

Idag har jag haft en ledig dag och då kändes det rätt att krypa upp i kreativa hörnan och skapa lite när jag hade en stund över. Trots att jag gjorde flera försök till kort blev det bara ett som fick godkänt. Jag köpte denna söta stämpel (från hÄnglar & stÄnglar) för ett tag sen men har aldrig använt den. Det var väldigt svårt att ta kort (även om jag äntligen har hittat min kamera!!), i verkligheten är färgerna mer blandade och inte så randigt som det ser ut på bilden.

I've had this cute stamp from hÄnglar & stÄnglar for a while now but never used it. Sorry for the poor photo but it was really hard to get one that was good. The colours are more blended in real life, nothing like it shows in the picture!
